Terms of Admission

By enrolling as a member at Professional Fitness Gym you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. Membership & Fees

Membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once the membership period has commenced.
The Gym reserves the right to revise fee structures with 30 days' notice to existing members.
Membership is personal and non-transferable.

2. Facility Rules

Members must wear appropriate athletic footwear at all times on the training floor.
Re-rack all weights and return equipment to its designated place after use.
Members are required to wipe down equipment after use.
Mobile phone calls and photography are restricted to designated areas out of respect for other members.
Aggressive, disrespectful, or harassing behaviour will result in immediate membership termination without refund.

3. Health & Safety

Members are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness before undertaking any training programme.
If you have a known medical condition, injury, or are pregnant, please consult a physician before using gym facilities.
The Gym and its coaches are not liable for injuries arising from the misuse of equipment or failure to follow coaching instructions.
Members use all equipment at their own risk.

4. Personal Training

Personal training sessions must be booked in advance and cancelled at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of the booked session.

5. Membership Suspension & Cancellation

Members wishing to freeze or cancel their membership must provide written or WhatsApp notice to a coach at least 7 days in advance.
The Gym reserves the right to terminate any membership for violation of these terms.

6. Privacy

Personal data collected during the admission process is governed by our Privacy Agreement.

7. Amendments

Professional Fitness Gym may update these Terms of Admission at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
